Position: Hostess

As a Hostess, you are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that define our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and in-depth knowledge of our outstanding offerings make guests feel unique and valued.

Responsibilities:

- Assist guests by providing informative and helpful explanations of menu items.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies while handling food and beverage.

Qualifications:

- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Hostess in a reputed Hotel/Restaurant.
- Strong F&B product knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player.
