Job Description:

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support to our clients, addressing their IT needs and ensuring smooth operation of their systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as providing assistance with network configurations and infrastructure.


- Provide on-site support to users by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, Outlook, printers, routers, and basic network functions.
- Utilize knowledge of cable tracing, patching, and crimping to address network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with the remote support team to resolve escalated issues promptly and effectively.
- Respond to clients' IT support requests in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Update the helpdesk ticketing system with accurate and timely information regarding support incidents.
- Track and monitor ongoing jobs and support incidents, ensuring tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
- Prepare quotes, statements of work, and reports following site visits as required.
- Maintain strong client relations and uphold the reputation of the company through quality support services.
- Generate timely invoices in coordination with the sales and finance department.


- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Proficiency in providing desktop/laptop (Windows/Mac) support is essential.
- Experience in email/Outlook support and basic network support is preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows Server support, Firewalls, CCTV, PABX, NAS is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to new environments.
- Optional: Valid UAE driving license and IT certifications.
