Job Title: Warehouse In Charge

Our client, one of the leading industrial manufacturing companies, is seeking a Warehouse In Charge to join their team. The Warehouse In Charge will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 3PL warehouse, ensuring proper inventory management, and coordinating with the inventory control team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory levels and efficient warehouse operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations in the 3PL warehouse.
Ensure that inventory is organized, labeled, and stored properly to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
Coordinate with the inventory control team to address discrepancies and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Oversee the day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Carry out Goods Receipt and Goods Issue operations in SAP.
Skills:

Preference:

Prior experience in warehouse operations, including at least a few years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of SAP and warehouse management systems.
