Job Title: Fitter

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical systems and equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot machinery to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of equipment.
- Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble mechanical components.
- Install, align, and adjust machinery and equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to address complex issues.
- Use hand and power tools to carry out maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records.

Requirements:

- Completed a 3-year technical course in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in mechanical maintenance.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
