Job Title: Sales & Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire activities of the Sales and Marketing Division.
2. Provide leadership expertise in providing efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s strategy, growth, and profit objectives.
3. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
4. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
5. Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing Field.
2. Excellent English Language.
3. Excellent Marketing Background.
4. Assertive and Self-Confident.
5. Creative and Self-Motivated.
6. Leadership Skills.
7. MBA is a plus.
