Job Description: FC Business Analyst

Description:

The FC Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting, coordinating, and facilitating the implementation of new and enhanced structures, processes, and activities within the Fulfillment Centre (FC). Collaborating closely with MENA FC teams and stakeholders from various departments at all management levels within the network, the FC Analyst contributes to the development of dashboards and metrics decks that provide tangible feedback and actionable insights. Directly reporting to the Regional FC ACES Manager, the Analyst takes ownership of process rate tracking, benchmarking analysis to Best At Amazon, gap analysis to OP budgets, initiative effectiveness, A3 updates, and provides support for weekly and monthly report writing. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making during periods of ambiguity, contributing to the success of the MENA region. Moreover, the position will extend its scope to oversee FC ACES and ICQA analytics, leading the analyst team toward best-in-class performance.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Support Fulfillment Centre (FC) improvement plans to prioritize the best customer experience at the lowest cost.

- Take ownership of all FC process tracking across the MENA region for FC and ICQA analytics.

- Support a culture of continuous improvement and lean thinking, grounded in data.

- Track the effectiveness of Kaizen activities, maintaining and updating A3s.

- Support the Fulfillment Centre implementation agenda.

- Standardize processes to Amazon and ECCF benchmark standards.

- Act as a liaison between FC and MENA/ECCF to drive the leverage of cross-FC process excellence.

- Maintain strong relationships with MENA/ECCF Process Owners, FC Process Engineers, and finance teams.

Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

- Flexibility to work a variable schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

- Shop-floor affinity and experience in Industrial Engineering/Business Process Engineering/Quality, Operations, or Logistics.

- BI sage and SQL experience.

- Strong analytical capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and its practical usage.

- Broad knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain large-scale databases and evaluate datasets.
