Job Opportunity: Senior Service Advisor - Automotive

Responsibilities:

Assess and Diagnose:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle's issues, symptoms, and concerns.
- Assess, diagnose, and recommend effective solutions in a timely and accurate manner.

Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued, respected, and well-informed.
- Act as a trusted advisor, promptly addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Effectively communicate service recommendations and associated costs with transparency.

Repairs and Maintenance Coordination:
- Schedule appointments and manage the workflow of the service department.
- Liaise between customers and technicians, explaining recommended repair and maintenance work, including timelines and costs.

Skills and Requirements:

- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, ideally in a senior role.

- Automotive Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures.

- Customer Service Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information effectively to customers.

- Organizational Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring efficient workflow coordination.

- Computer Proficiency:
- Proficiency in using computer software programs for creating repair orders, estimates, and invoices.

- Attention to Detail:
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and maintaining customer and vehicle records.

- Driver's License:
- Valid driver's license.
