Job Opportunity: Sales Representative (Leasing)

**Job Purpose:**

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to seek new lease sales customers, maintain relationships with existing clients, and ensure the successful closure of leasing deals. The Sales Representative will also contribute to the preparation of required sales documents and reports in line with standard procedures.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

As a Sales Representative, your key responsibilities include:

1. Customer Acquisition:
- Actively seek new customers for leasing business.
- Present and sell the concept of leasing to potential clients.

2. Deal Closure:
- Follow up with prospective customers and finalize the necessary documents to close deals.
- Prepare calculations, quotations, and obtain necessary approvals.

3. Sales Targets:
- Achieve the set monthly targets and strive to reach the highest percentage of the monthly and yearly sales targets.

4. Customer Relations:
- Maintain customer data, ensuring it is regularly updated.
- Deliver new vehicles to customers following established procedures.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Submit weekly visit reports and provide the status of each visited customer.
- Follow up on customer lease payments and collaborate with the Sales Administrator for required documents.

**Skills & Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you should have:

- Work Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive field.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in oral and written communication in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- High initiative and a proven team player.
- Valid driving license.
