Job Description: Employee Relations Specialist
Job Summary:
As an Employee Relations Specialist, your role is to execute employee relations tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures while fostering positive relationships with employees. Your aim is to promote employee satisfaction through fair and transparent people practices. This includes addressing employee queries, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR transactions are carried out efficiently and with precision.
Job Responsibilities 1:
Promote customer-centric services, fair people practices, and transparent communication.
Contribute ideas to improve day-to-day operations.
Adhere to attendance protocols.
Provide comprehensive support for employee inquiries.
Maintain and organize employee files and documents.
Stay up-to-date with policy changes.
Administer HR services accurately and promptly, ensuring high-quality standards.
Job Responsibilities 2:
Execute various HR transactions, including but not limited to:
Onboarding
Offboarding
Leave approvals
Ticketing
Medical insurance
Reimbursements
Personal information updates
Generate business letters
Respond to ASK HR queries
Ensure compliance with HSE&E and QM policies and procedures.
Job Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of Human Resources.
Practical experience in Employee Relations.
Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and HR software.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Leadership abilities.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proven track record in building effective working relationships.
Adaptability in a changing environment.
Proficiency in project management and organization.
ERP knowledge, especially SAP functional skills.
Job Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
