Job Description: Workshop Storekeeper

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Workshop Storekeeper to manage the tools and equipment inventory in our workshop. This role involves maintaining stock, documenting tool issuance and receipt, procuring consumable items, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring proper housekeeping within the workshop stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the inventory of all tools and equipment related to the workshop.

Document the issuance and receipt of tools accurately.

Procure consumable items and handle other workshop-related purchases.

Conduct periodic inventory checks of all tools and equipment.

Ensure proper housekeeping within the workshop stores.

Key Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an automotive or truck parts warehouse, repair center, dealership, or a similar facility is an advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of automotive parts and mechanical systems is beneficial.
