Job Title: Court Orders &amp; Certificates Specialist Job Type: Contract (6 months) Pay: AED 5,500.00 - AED 6,000.00 per month Job Description: We are urgently seeking a Court Orders &amp; Certificates Specialist to manage court orders and governmental requests efficiently. This role involves receiving and processing requests, checking court orders, conducting name searches, and ensuring timely reporting on operational risks, fraud, AML, and related issues. Additionally, the Specialist will handle Central Bank reporting for Customer Information Requests and Commercial Building Reporting, issue police letters, and coordinate with various departments to facilitate court-assigned tasks. Responsibilities: - Manage court orders and governmental requests, including processing and directing them to the appropriate checker. - Report operational risks, fraud, AML, and related issues promptly and accurately. - Ensure timely reporting to the Central Bank for Customer Information Requests and Commercial Building Reporting. - Issue police letters and provide required information based on received requests. - Coordinate with other departments to support court-assigned tasks and provide necessary documentation. - Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
