Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization. As CFO, you will be a key member of our executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial functions, financial strategy, and ensuring the organization's financial health and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and the board of directors.
Financial Management:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Manage financial risk, control costs, and optimize financial performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the board and senior management.
Implement financial controls and policies to maintain the integrity of financial data.
Treasury and Cash Management:
Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.
Develop and implement treasury strategies and investment plans.
Strategic Partnerships:
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors, legal advisors, and financial institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial partners and investors.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring a high level of performance and professional development.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and innovation within the finance department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly desirable.
Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles, including CFO or equivalent positions.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial strategy.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing business environments and market conditions.
Compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and familiarity with local financial practices.
