Job Vacancy: Customer Intelligence CRM Email Analyst
Position: Customer Intelligence CRM Email Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Customer Intelligence CRM Email Analyst, your role will be pivotal, and your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the initial point of contact for managing and resolving customer inquiries pertaining to the CRM process.
Assessing customer issues and delivering logical, enduring solutions in adherence to established processes.
Identifying problems and escalating them as needed, ensuring prompt responses and adhering to specified timelines.
Assisting customers through calls or emails, verifying information in accordance with the correct process.
Operating effectively within a collaborative team environment and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
Ensuring the completion of assigned tasks within the given deadlines.
Skills:
Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:
Minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of 1 year of contact center experience in a Soft Skill-driven environment.
Proficiency in the English language is essential, with preference for proficiency in Arabic as well.
Excellent communication skills, both written (Email) and verbal (Voice).
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
Proficiency in computer skills, including all MS Office packages.
