Job Description
Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving digital marketing strategies across the IMEA Region, effectively promoting products/services, enhancing brand awareness, and achieving key business objectives. Leveraging various digital channels including social media, email, search engines, and content marketing, this role engages with target audiences, builds brand loyalty, and maximizes ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess campaign performance, stay informed about industry trends, and optimize digital marketing efforts for maximum results and ROI.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Analyze data from various digital marketing campaigns to derive actionable insights, utilizing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Marketo.
- Understand the target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to craft effective marketing strategies and messages.
- Create compelling content across digital channels, including copywriting, visual design, and video creation, utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop clear and achievable digital marketing activities aligned with overall business objectives and strategy.
- Adapt to fast-paced changes in algorithms, trends, and consumer behavior in the digital marketing landscape.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, conveying ideas clearly and collaborating on digital marketing activities.
- Focus on ROI metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc., and continuously optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Implement testing and optimization techniques to refine digital marketing strategies and improve performance over time.
- Commit to continuous learning and self-improvement in the field of digital marketing.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, delivering effective campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, SAP CRM, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for innovation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a complex, diverse environment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is beneficial.
