Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Development Specialist. The Human Resources Development Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR development programs, assessing employee training needs, and ensuring that employees have the necessary skills to meet business goals.
Qualifications
Experience in Human Resource Development, HR Management, and Personnel Management
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Experience in creating and delivering HR development programs
Ability to assess employee training needs and manage training logistics
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience in a multinational company is a plus
Certification in HR development is a plus
Salary: AED 7000 - 8000
