Job Description: Sales Representative


1. Product Sales:
- Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers, ensuring comprehensive market coverage.

2. Competition Monitoring:
- Provide timely feedback on any competition activity within the designated area.

3. Planogram Implementation:
- Ensure the proper implementation of planograms for effective product placement.

4. Special Orders:
- Issue special order requests as needed, catering to unique customer requirements.

5. Invoice Collection:
- Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy, maintaining financial adherence.

6. Document Preparation:
- Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review before market visits.

7. Customer Expansion:
- Detect and report potential new customers within the assigned area to the team leader.
- Sell to all potential customers, maximizing market penetration.

8. Complaint Handling:
- Handle customer complaints professionally and report them promptly to the sales team leader for resolution.

9. Order Presentation:
- Present customer orders to the team leader and ensure the daily collection for the distributor or accountant.

10. Product Returns:
- Issue return forms for defective products, obtaining approval from superiors before the actual return.

11. Problem/Objection Reporting:
- Report to the team leader any problems or objections that occurred and could not be handled independently.

12. Customer Account Reconciliation:
- Review customer account reconciliation on a quarterly basis, obtaining customer signatures or approvals.

13. Inventory Check:
- Perform inventory checks for every visit, covering warehouses and shelves.

- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

2. Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Customer Service Knowledge:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

4. Target Prioritization:
- Ability to prioritize targets as per the company’s requirements.

5. Phone and Presentation Skills:
- Excellent phone and presentation skills for effective communication.

6. Conversion Skills:
- Remarkable command to convert leads into customers through passionate discussions and debates.
