Role Overview:

As a Telemarketer in our Call Center, you will utilize effective sales techniques to maximize revenue while fostering guest loyalty to Marriott. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with potential owners, set up preview package sales, and day tours, and ensure an exceptional experience for all potential guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize up-selling techniques to enhance revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Communicate with potential owners via telephone to arrange preview package sales and day tours.
- Explain the details and requirements of attending a sales presentation to potential owners and verify eligibility.
- Address and overcome potential objections from owners with a polite and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues; support the team to achieve common goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns from other employees.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Essential Job Functions:

- Conduct Inbound and Outbound calls daily targeting potential buyers of MVCI products to book qualified prospects.
- Book tours to the Dubai sales gallery or specific roadshows.
- Fully understand MVCI marketing campaigns and offers.

- Perform all tasks promptly, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Comply with MVCI and Marriott International policies and procedures.
- Maintain a proactive and flexible approach to work, meeting the needs of the team and business at all times.
- Commit to providing excellent service to all customers and associates.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Experience in Real Estate/Timeshare telemarketing is essential.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Salary plus commission.
