Position: Storekeeper Duties &amp; Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing various warehousing processes and operations to ensure adherence to good storage practices and specifications. Your duties include: - Utilizing SAP for storing, shipping, and managing goods, ensuring high productivity. - Implementing and enforcing good storage practices and specifications. - Supervising regular preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all warehouses. - Reviewing inventory records and statistics to maintain optimal inventory levels. - Managing receiving, shipping, and storage processes to maximize efficiency on SAP. - Implementing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to enhance stock control. - Ensuring the timely updating of different warehouse transactions in the SAP system. - Overseeing safety measures implementation and maintaining safety tools in the warehouse. - Monitoring the status and usage of warehouse forklifts and equipment in compliance with GSP rules. - Conducting quarterly stock counts with the warehouse team. - Supervising warehouse cleaning processes according to established SOPs. - Implementing Datalogger records checklist for quality control. - Reviewing and overseeing all export processes, including packing lists, packaging, and shipping. - Receiving and managing promotional materials from suppliers. - Preparing destruction lists for expired finished products.
