Job Description: Total Quality Management Senior Manager

Main Job Purpose:

The Total Quality Management Senior Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's total quality management strategy, policies, programs, and initiatives. They lead cross-functional teams to study and develop effective tools, methods, and systems, ensuring that products and services meet the highest quality standards.


1. Develop and implement a Supply Chain total quality management strategy with policies, programs, and initiatives.
2. Lead and guide cross-functional teams to study and develop effective tools, methods, best practices, and systems using six sigma, lean methodologies to ensure the highest quality of products and services.
3. Lead vendors/manufacturers in the implementation of quality programs, standardizations, and new projects by developing tactics, plans, and monitoring compliance with NMC standards.
4. Ensure programs to educate and motivate employees about the culture of continuous improvement.
5. Develop Master Plans, timelines, and budget allocations for projects.
6. Lead customer satisfaction initiatives and develop new measures and metrics to ensure all customer needs are met.
7. Create functional and sub-functional specific objectives and keep management informed and updated on all major changes and objective progress.
8. Direct and review documentation of Private Label ingredients specification and final product specifications to consistently deliver quality products through the product lifecycle.
9. Partner with R&D and Laboratories locally and internationally to support Private Label product development plans incorporating all stakeholders.
10. Lead the development of new products, standardized methods, standardized questionnaires, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with GSOs/SFDAs standards and regulations.
11. Lead audits of 3PL and Private Label manufacturers to ensure compliance with Nahdi & international standards and GMPs.
12. Develop the skills and profile of direct reports on the team.
13. Lead the organization of all deliverables and documentation in a manner that facilitates retrieval by others.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree
- Certification in Quality Management (TQM), ISO, and GPMs
- Lean & Six Sigma certified
- 5 years of experience in QMS in a relevant industry
- Awareness of the concept of Process Reengineering

Computer Skills:

- MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
- Awareness of the ERP System


- English
- Arabic
