Job Description

Job Opportunity: HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment initiative for the organization.

2. Payroll Management: Prepare monthly payroll and Attendance and PASI reconciliation.

3. Document Management: Maintain historical and current human resource Policy, Records, and HRIS.

4. Employee Relationship Management: Manage employee requests and offer solutions within the company policies.

5. Client Relationship Management: Establish a healthy relationship with clients by conducting meetings, providing assessments, recommending corrective action plans, handling issues, and dealing with disciplinary matters.

6. Business Development: Assist with the growth of the organization by contributing to the organic business growth.

7. Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing policies as per MOL laws.

8. Other HR-related Matters: Handle all other HR-related matters as needed from time to time.

Qualification and Experience:

- Any relevant qualification (Diploma/Degree) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.


- MS Office, Reporting, Excellent Communication
