Job Description: Customer Service Representative:
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate customer requirements and take appropriate measures to ensure optimum satisfaction.
2. Offer detailed information about the company using relevant tools and software to inform customers about ongoing projects or other information.
3. Ensure the resolution of doubts and queries of customers by providing accurate and suitable information within set deadlines.
4. Compile in-depth data of each customer in a segregated database containing detailed information about each interaction.
5. Interact with senior management to understand updated organizational policies and new products.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
Skills:
1. Previous experience with a company in the role of a customer service executive or representative.
2. Adept in addressing client questions through effective telephonic conversation.
3. Impressive communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of professional vocabulary.
4. A skilled individual capable of completing assigned tasks and responsibilities within the defined schedule
