Job Overview:

As a Guest Relations Officer, you play a vital role in creating lasting impressions for our guests. From the moment they arrive until their departure, you ensure they have an exceptional and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in guests, responding to their requests with exceptional service.
- Take the initiative to provide a personalized experience for each guest.
- Promote hotel facilities proudly, identifying opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Guest Relations Officer in a 5-star resort in the UAE.
- Multilingual proficiency (Arabic/German/Russian/French) is a plus.
- Prior experience with Opera is mandatory.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills, with a focus on networking.
