Key Responsibilities:

- Market and sell cement products in the designated region.
- Provide technical support for cement and aggregate products to customers.
- Target and acquire new accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales volumes and maximize prices based on market conditions.
- Review pricing and volume analytics on a monthly basis.
- Participate in business-line forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and procedural measures, including the implementation of Group guidelines.
- Work with Cement Plants to understand production costs and various manufacturing processes.


- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the Cement Industry (Manufacturer or Trading Companies).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Proven history of establishing goals, measuring, and achieving results.
- Strong ability to take initiative in the sales process.
- Excellent organizational skills with emphasis on time management.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is required.
