Job Description: Executive-Trade Marketing

Job Summary:
JM Trade Marketing will play a key role in achieving Value Target, implementing Sales Strategies, and providing data for tracking Actual Flyer vs. Planned activities. The role involves working closely with the team to drive sales and optimize marketing efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Planning:
- Achieve assigned Category Value Targets.
- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Region-wise, Category-wise, Channel-wise Sales Forecasting.

2. Pricing and Spend Management:
- Devise effective pricing strategies in response to market competition.
- Category-wise spend management.

3. New Product Development:
- Develop sales strategies and programs for New Product Development/Launch.
- Monitor performance during the incubation stage.

4. Performance Tracking:
- Track Actual Flyer vs. Planned activities.
- Monitor RSPs (Recommended Selling Prices) across Key Accounts and Retail.
- Track all annual contracts.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Volume & Value Achievement.
- Category Profitability.
- Success of New Product Launches.
- Implementation of Merchandising & Activation Programs.
- Region & Channel-wise Forecasting.
- Flyer Planning.
- Target Setting.
- Category Budget Management.
- Planogram Execution.

Work Experience Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Management or Trade Marketing at the entry level in FMCG companies or Sales & Distribution businesses. Experience in consumer activations planning, execution, competitor intelligence tracking, and translating findings into category sales planning.

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in business, commerce, and marketing.
