Job Title: Marketing Executive

Position Overview:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving marketing and admissions efforts for undergraduate and graduate programs. Your role involves increasing business, managing enrollments, coordinating marketing activities, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Increase business for undergraduate and graduate programs among UAE residents, Arabs, and expatriates.
- Review enrollment statistics in the Arab market and identify opportunities for growth.
- Counsel potential students on the programs offered and assist them through the admissions process.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Participate in career fairs, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote programs.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute marketing plans effectively.
- Assist in preparing yearly and current year marketing plans, including enrollment forecasts and budgeting.
- Liaise with various departments (IT, Finance, Administration, Media Communication, Corporate Affairs, CCL, Student Services) to ensure alignment and support for marketing activities.
- Perform daily marketing tasks and activities to enhance brand visibility and drive enrollments.
- Provide assistance with EMSCMS updates, student fee collection, documentation, and marketing collateral design as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic are essential qualities for success in this role.


- BBA or MBA in Marketing or equivalent experience.


- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a multinational corporation, educational, or FMCG sector.
