Job Title: Food & Beverage Associate**

As a Food & Beverage Associate at Movenpick Hotel, you will play a crucial role in promoting efficiency, courtesy, and a high standard of social skills. Working closely with the Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager, you will contribute to creating a positive company image, ensuring a commitment to service excellence.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

Planning & Organizing:
- Execute timely setup of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, aligning with meal settings and opening hours.
- Contribute to meeting and maximizing monthly revenue budgets, demonstrating understanding of operational expenses.

Operations:
- Attend regular training sessions, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- Perform hands-on tasks, including basic cleaning, equipment polishing, table setting, and material collection from other departments.
- Interact directly with guests, handling menu presentations, recommendations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards during duty.
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming environment and attending to their needs.
- Stay informed about menus, promotions, and relevant outlet issues.
- Report cleanliness and maintenance issues, handle guest complaints as instructed, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Participate in training and development programs recommended by senior management.
- Attend departmental briefings, maintain high personal hygiene standards, and uphold Accor's policies on Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
- Assist in other areas of the hotel as needed.


Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
