Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team and ensure that our accommodations are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean all common areas of the accommodation to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, particularly in the bathrooms.
Clean all public areas in and around the accommodation, following established procedures.
Prepare rooms for new associates arriving according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure that the accommodation for new associates is in hygienic and good condition.
Monitor operating supplies, reduce spoilage, breakage, and wastage.
Handle staff inquiries courteously and efficiently, reporting staff complaints or issues to the Team Leader when an immediate solution is not available and ensuring follow-up with staff.

Qualifications:

A service-focused personality is essential.
Prior experience working in a similar role in a 5-star property.
Fluency in English.
