Responsibilities:
As an F&B Attendant, you are the frontline representative of guest interactions, embodying the role of a Hospitality Ambassador for the hotel. Your primary responsibility is to consistently deliver prompt and courteous service to all guests, influencing their satisfaction positively. Key duties and responsibilities include:

- Work collaboratively within all hotel departments, ensuring the timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities provided by the resort.
- Continuously develop professional skills to enhance guest satisfaction and overall service quality.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work area, upholding the privacy rights of the guests.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
