Position: Lead Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:
As the Lead Recruiter for UAE Operations, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage all recruitment operations for clients in the UAE region on behalf of Sundus. This role entails end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and identifying top talent for Sundus clients in the UAE.

Key Performance Areas:

Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for the UAE region.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for each role and share profiles for review.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Selection & Evaluations:
- Coordinate interviews and assessment tests as necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, focusing on skills and cultural fit.
- Provide valuable feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.

Offer Management & Onboarding:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Assist in negotiating salaries and discussing benefits.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and advise on necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and handle visa and work permit processing as required.

Documents & Report Management:
- Maintain recruitment data and analytics for the UAE region.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data insights.

Customer Satisfaction:
- Collaborate closely with HR, hiring managers, and external partners to meet client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with hiring partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Team Support:
- Mentor and guide junior team members as needed.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
