Job Description
Job Title: As a Receptionist at our Abu Dhabi branch office, you will play a crucial role in making a positive impression on our employees and visitors by delivering excellent service at the reception desk. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming and assisting visitors, addressing their needs and inquiries. You will also handle incoming calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or taking messages when needed. Your attention to detail and professional demeanor will help create a welcoming environment for all who enter our office.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the reception area is organized and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
Provide basic and accurate information in person, as well as via phone and email. Direct visitors to the appropriate individuals and offices.
Maintain office security by adhering to safety procedures, controlling access through the reception desk, and issuing visitor badges. Handle other clerical receptionist duties as required.
Manage company-provided accommodations, including searching for, securing, and furnishing new apartments, as well as handling lease renewals.
Coordinate with the HR Department concerning accommodation and transportation requirements for new hires and visitors.
Update the company intranet site with the latest news and information. Manage incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries.
Organize company events, special celebrations, dinners, and more.
