Job Title: Waitress

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Always strive towards the best customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and present menus promptly.
- Make informed menu suggestions based on customer preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
- Up-sell additional items when appropriate to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Arrange table settings to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times throughout the dining experience.
- Check products for quality before serving to customers.
- Deliver checks promptly and collect payments from customers.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with both serving and kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations, as well as customer service guidelines.
