Customer Service Evaluator

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, you MUST have:

- Good command of English.
- Access to a car and a valid UAE driving license (Preferred, not mandatory).
- Sharp observation skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities:

- Pose as a real customer and evaluate staff performance and overall experiences.
- Complete the evaluation within the specified timeframe.
- Submit detailed reports online.
