• To Ensure the effective Measurement and Performance of all service providers and continually look to identify and Manage Opportunities to provide a first-class retails environment. • To prepare reports for review forecasting and management of budgets for both revenue and expenditure, in particular , service charge, marketing, and commercialization budgets in accordance with ABP including quarterly asset plan updates and investor reporting both in written and presentations form. • To ensure maximization of net revenue to include close control of rent and service charge collection, the minimization of non -recoverable cost, and where possible revenue maximizations. Look to continually innovate to create revenue from commercialization, car parking, and other income generating activities. • To contribute to the asset’s enhancement initiatives. Working closely with your line manager/director, strive to consistently evolve the retail mix to maximize financial returns including helping to support and facilitate inquiries retailers, and providing data and expert opinion which help to inform rent review and leasing strategies. • To ensure the delivery of key performance measurement standards including footfall/ turnover data , conversion ratio ,dwell time and frequency of visits. Skill Set Needed- At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity in UAE. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in verbal and written English/Arabic, Plus any other language is an advantage.

Mall Manager - Arabic Speaker

o Takes off the quantities from the drawing. o Prepares bills of quantities. o Quantity surveying. o Works in parallel with draftsmen in calculating the quantities of the finishing materials for projects. o Estimates the costs of the bespoke &amp; custom-made products Skill Set Needed- o Min 5-10 years of experience in similar role o Knowledge of finishing materials (wood,stones, etc) o Understanding of manufacturing processes (finishes items). Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

o Receives the drawing from the designers. o Price the products, estimation of the quantities &amp; quantity survey tasks. o Reviews the quotations from vendors &amp; process the bill of quantities &amp; presentation. o Once received the confirmation, do the workshop… o Shares with procurement team for LPO, Shipping, Delivery etc., o Deals with the vendors to ensure the orders are correct in line with the request. o Follow-ups for shipments with the operations team. o Manages the installation and do the final handover to the client. o Works along with the project manager. o Conducts quality check during factory visit to ensure it fulfills the client needs. Skill set Required o At 3 years of similar experience in a luxury industry (retail, hospitality, design, F&amp;B, etc.). o Preferably with previous experience in handling B2B projects/relationships. o Proficiency in verbal &amp; written Engish language, other language will be a plus. Minimum of Bachelor's Degree holder o Works directly with client to approve the proposal; including the quotation.

FF&E Specialist/Coordinator

JOB Description o Reviews the sales teams requirement for multiple client types/origins/destinations/terms &amp; recommends the best possible options &amp; quotations to fulfill orders. o Provides shipping quote options. o Supervises the logistics team. o Manages all import &amp; export shipments from/to multiples origins/destinations, from collection until delivery while constantly monitoring their status. o Coordinates with clients/suppliers/warehouses/transporters/forwarders. o Negotiates with forwarders for the best credit terms, shipping quotes &amp; schedules to meet project deadlines. o Meets with new forwarders to seek better shipping options. o Searches &amp; recommends options to manage shipments to multiple destinations where the company does not have an import license. o Communicates with multiple certificate issuing authority for any requirements for shipping certificates e.g. KUCAS/SASO/SABER. o Communicates with multiple testing authorities for testing &amp; issuance of test certificates. o Ensures wherever possible, the consolidation of orders for shipments for efficiency &amp; cost saving. o Maintains shipping logs in excel format for tracking of shipments &amp; costs &amp; record purposes. Prepares Import VAT Reports to be submitted to accounts. o Prepares Export documents (Packing List), secures COO (Cert. of Origin) from Dubai Chamber &amp; processes the attestation of document through MOFAIC. o Prepares Import VAT Reports to be submitted to related companies (e.g. Bright Start/H&amp;H Development etc.). o Handles shipments for related companies (e.g. Bright Start/H&amp;H Development etc.). o Receives &amp; reviews all invoices from forwarders. o Identifies orders related to forwarder invoices &amp; submits them to the related accounts departments for payments. o Coordinates between forwarder &amp; internal accounts departments to ensure that invoices are paid within the credit period. o Coordinates regularly with the sales &amp; purchasing teams to keep them updated for the status of the orders. o Updates the warehouse team for all incoming shipments for delivery to multiple warehouses/sites. o Coordinates with Insurance companies for any related claims. o Reviews reports prepared by the warehouse team for insurance submittal. Complies with all Laws &amp; Regulations.
