Job Description

Job Title: Reservation Agent

- Dealing with clients and interacting with them via various channels: phone, chat, email, etc.
- Handling incoming/outgoing packages from A to Z, including accommodation, visa, tours, etc.
- Experience in Contract Managing and Reservation issues.
- Developing Internal and External tours.
- Arranging Tailor-Made/Fixed, Inbound/Outbound Packages.
- Handling sudden circumstances of clients.
- Managing relations with suppliers.
- Dealing with offline suppliers.
- Creating special packages for corporate clients.
- Saving the best prices for sales agents.
- Organizing VIP group requests.

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in Tourism is a MUST.
- Excellent English (Writing & Speaking).
- Experience: 2-5 years in tourism (Outbound/Inbound) reservation.
- Geographical Knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Online/offline) systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers for the best deals.
- Works well independently or in a team.
- Handling customers, searching quickly for effective ways to help.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Willing to start immediately.
