Job Description: Operations Analyst - United Arab Emirates

Purpose of the Role:

Key Activities:

- Analyze large volumes of data for quality and trend issues, following standard workflows and pre-defined quality checks (QC).
- Deep dive into client issues and queries, identifying root causes, and taking action within defined timelines.
- Support global cleanups and other ad-hoc panel quality topics.
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact between the Global Service Center, providing training on data, analysis, and QC, ensuring thorough checks of their work and data quality.
- Assess and continuously improve quality standards, productivity, and processes, actively supporting high-complexity daily tasks.
- Follow all local requirements set by the Operations Manager for smooth operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Learn new tools and enhance existing workflows.
