Job Description
Position: Digital Marketing Analyst
Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in the Corporate Communication Marketing & Brand (CCMB) team by spearheading the capture, analysis, and dissemination of marketing and user experience data. This role ensures that data-driven decisions are made across the organization by collaborating closely with Strategic Planners, Customer Insights, and Customer Strategy & Retention teams. The primary responsibility lies in identifying data capture requirements, designing analytics solutions, and implementing them in alignment with departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Strategic Planners, Customer Insights, and Customer Strategy & Retention teams to understand tracking, measurement, and reporting requirements across CCMB.
- Provide support to CCMB teams by establishing proper tagging and tracking mechanisms, developing guidelines and frameworks, and ensuring accurate data setup by internal teams and external agencies.
- Lead the design and implementation of marketing taxonomy to ensure precise data tracking.
- Liaise with third parties, partners, suppliers, and technology platforms to procure data on campaign and program performance.
- Ensure relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are tracked and measured for CCMB teams, facilitating real-time optimization, post-campaign analysis, and strategy development.
- Collaborate with CCMB teams to develop measurement KPIs, set up tracking, and document measurement frameworks and reporting inputs.
- Create automated dashboards, reports, and scorecards for self-service use across the CCMB department, while providing training and support to ensure effective utilization.
- Assist in campaign planning and optimization by providing data-driven insights to Strategic Planners.
- Develop predictive and forecasting models to inform marketing planning and investment decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate tests, and impact analysis on product releases to drive data-driven decisions and iterative improvements.
- Monitor data quality, address any issues, and ensure compliance with Emirates Group privacy principles.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field. Google Analytics Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics within a global organization, with expertise in web, product, or UX analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in UX analytics platforms, Google Analytics Tracking, SQL, Google Big Query, and BI tools like Microstrategy and Tableau.
- Familiarity with performance-driven Digital Marketing Channels and advanced marketing analytics concepts.
