Job Description: Horeca Sales Executive

Role Profile:

The Horeca Sales Executive will play a crucial role in providing HORECA/Food Service clients with the required products and services. The role involves introducing and recommending products, ensuring sales align with margin expectations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Executive will also handle client complaints and concerns, escalating them to the Manager when necessary.


1. Product Introduction:
- Introduce and recommend products to HORECA/Foodservice clients.
- Ensure that product recommendations meet client needs and expectations.

2. Sales Management:
- Sell products in line with margin expectations.
- Work closely with sales coordinators to maintain high levels of customer service.

3. Client Relationship:
- Act as a key contact between the company and existing/potential clients.
- Advise clients on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.

4. Complaint Handling:
- Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Escalate complex complaints or concerns to the Manager for resolution.


- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Food Service, specifically dealing with the HORECA channel.
- Previous experience in the Tea or Coffee industry is a MUST.
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Must possess a valid driving license in the UAE.
