Job Description: Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Active Directory Administration:
- Manage and maintain Active Directory 2019, including user accounts, group policies, DNS, DHCP, and security protocols.

2. VMware vCenter and VSphere Management:
- Administer VMware vCenter (7.0) and VSphere ESXi hosts (7.0), including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.

3. Veeam Backup and Recovery:
- Implement and maintain Veeam backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

4. Server Management:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

5. Network Security:
- Implement and manage security policies, firewalls, and access controls to protect the organization's data and infrastructure.

6. Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide technical support, diagnose and resolve system-related issues, and assist end-users when needed.

7. Documentation:
- Maintain detailed system documentation, network diagrams, and change management records.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in administering Active Directory 2019, VMware vCenter (7.0), VSphere ESXi hosts (7.0), and Veeam.
- Strong knowledge of network and system security principles.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, storage systems, and data backup strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant industry certifications such as Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, or Veeam certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
