Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, and online.
- Provide support to customers to effectively resolve their queries.
- Use knowledge of client products and/or services to enhance sales, brand loyalty, and customer experience.
- Update systems with complete and accurate details regarding customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Bilingual with a good knowledge of English and proficiency in one of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Hebrew, Czech, Turkish, Arabic.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- High school diploma.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Flexibility in approach to work to meet the changing needs of the business.
