Key Responsibilities:
As a Tendering Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring various tender portals to identify relevant contracts for bidding or market intelligence.
- Studying, analyzing, and evaluating tender documents to assess technical risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Evaluating subcontractor and vendor proposals from both technical and commercial perspectives.
- Negotiating with approved vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for project supplies/materials.
- Consolidating tender documents for management review and approval.
- Providing project information, margin analysis, and contractual considerations during tendering to the management team.
- Participating in pre-bid meetings and client presentations.
- Ensuring documentation and archiving of historical data for each quoted project.
- Conducting site visits and route test studies for operational requirements.
- Communicating status updates with technical staff and overseeing the preparation of proposal sections.
- Ensuring compliance with Request for Proposals (RFPs) and managing company subscriptions to customer portals.
- Coordinating renewals of company documents and preparing prequalification packages for submission.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years of bidding experience with government tenders and a minimum of 3 years of public transportation experience.
- Public transport operations management experience.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Saudi national (preferred).
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Electric/Electronics Engineering.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.
- Strong attention to detail and team working capabilities.
- Proactive approach and flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends if required.
