Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Manager, your primary roles and responsibilities will include:
- Leading the management of all repair and maintenance stations to maximize quality and reduce costs.
- Controlling work standards, quality, safety, environment, policies, and procedures for smooth operations.
- Analyzing maintenance operations and fleet status to increase vehicle lifetime and minimize malfunctions.
- Overseeing repair orders and operational demands to ensure safe, clean, reliable, and efficient buses that exceed customer expectations.
- Managing spare parts and warehouses efficiently to support timely and cost-effective repairs, maintenance, inspection, and bodywork.
- Utilizing technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems for planning and troubleshooting.

Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing heavy truck maintenance (bus maintenance is preferable).
- Technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems for planning and troubleshooting.
- Operating modern maintenance technology, PMP certification is preferable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information.
- Proficiency in ERP and Maintenance Management systems.
- Organizational skills for controlling maintenance tasks and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in working with executive/senior management and leading large teams.
- 5+ years of experience managing the maintenance function, including a minimum of 3 years in heavy transit vehicle maintenance.
