Job Description

Position: Client Executive - Petrochemical Industry

As a Client Executive, you will manage the account for a large petrochemical company, a global leader in its industry. The role involves implementing global account activation strategies, managing account satisfaction, administration, and overall account management. Reporting to the regions Business Development Leader, you will work closely with senior leaders to achieve objectives related to client engagement, satisfaction, and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Activation:
- Implement global Account Activation strategy, methodology, and processes.
- Support account strategy, driving global execution of the account plan.
- Support service line planning and account integration.
- Facilitate and prepare for account meetings, ensuring follow-up on account actions.

Client Relationship Management:
- Understand the client’s business agenda and EY services.
- Manage and own the annual global revenue planning process.
- Coordinate the Client Relationship Management (CRM) process.
- Drive discipline across the global team in managing the account pipeline.

Strategic Leadership:
- Create and monitor a communication plan based on stakeholder mapping.
- Influence and support Senior Managers in developing the HSE culture.
- Embed strategic HSE elements in business unit plans.
- Provide technical expertise, strategic leadership, and support across the Senior Management Team.

Team Management:
- Lead the HSE Improvement team to deliver the HSE vision and strategy.
- Conduct monthly HSE committee meetings to measure performance and appraise improvements.
- Role-model a values-led HSE risk management approach.

Regulatory Leadership:
- Actively lead relationships between the Business Unit and APMT HSSE HQ.
- Represent and protect business interests through negotiation, challenge, and influence.
- Advise the business on all HSE legislative and best practice developments.

Skills and Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of account management processes and tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Strategic thinking, excellent Excel, and data analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive with strong leadership and collaboration abilities.
- Flexibility and resilience to changing priorities.

- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree (emphasis in Marketing or Business preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
- 8+ years of account management or similar experience in the global petrochemical industry.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic writing, speaking, and presenting skills.
