About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Butler (Russian Speakers) has arisen at Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort. The Butler will anticipate and meet guests’ needs and requests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining and handling cash float, preparing registration cards, conducting check-ins and check-outs, escorting guests to residences, and ensuring residences are maintained as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and handle cash float.
- Prepare registration cards for the next day’s arrivals.
- Conduct check-ins and check-outs according to procedures.
- Escort guests directly to residences after check-in.
- Ensure prompt delivery of luggage to the room.
- Check departures and update departure times.
- File updated registration cards of arrived guests.
- Provide necessary information regarding VIP amenities, kids’ amenities, and more.
- Inspect residences prior to guest arrival and set up standards per guest preferences.
- Refresh residences and assist with turndowns.
- Coordinate laundry and pressing, prepare comprehensive itineraries for in-house guests, and more.

Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively and respond well to questions and requests.
- Well-groomed and presented.
- Enthusiastic, eager, and able to work in a team.
- Quick learner and adaptable to a new work environment.
- Additional language would be advantageous: Arabic, Russian, or European language.
