About the Role:
Jumeirah Muscat Bay Resort is seeking a hardworking Security Manager to join its Security department. The main purpose of this role is to manage the hotel’s security operations, ensuring the implementation of corporate security guidelines and adjusting to local security requirements. The Security Manager will monitor and mitigate security threats to maintain a highly secure environment for guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement an effective security plan for the hotel, including training, incident response mechanisms, and escalation processes.
- Deliver security-related training programs for security colleagues and basic training for other colleagues to enhance security capabilities and awareness.
- Manage security services such as Lost & Found, verification of delivery vehicles, and screening arrival lists for high-risk individuals.
- Execute emergency evacuation drills, oversee the utilization of security equipment, and manage day-to-day security operations.
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy, implement approved policies and procedures, and provide instructions to subordinates.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Security Management, preferably in the international hospitality industry.
- Recognized Security Industry Qualification or relevant work experience.
