Job Title: Telephone Operator

- Answer incoming calls.
- Direct calls to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or PBX system.
- Place outgoing calls.
- Receive guest messages and deliver them promptly.
- Log all wake-up call requests and perform wake-up call services.
- Provide information about hotel services to guests.
- Understand the telephone operator board or PBX switchboard operations.
- Provide paging services for hotel guests and employees.
- Take appropriate action in case of emergency calls.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience is an asset.
- Experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
