Job Title: Laundry Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the smooth operation of the housekeeping department, providing an exceptional guest experience.
Collaborate with a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding to guest inquiries promptly and positively.
Fulfill responsibilities and tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Execute departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
Work closely with supervisors to control costs, manage inventory, and maintain productivity and performance.
Build and maintain positive working relationships, promoting the company's culture and values.
Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and best practices, planning, documenting, and following up on due diligence requirements for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping is beneficial but not essential.
Hands-on approach with a "can-do" work style.
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
