Switchboard Operator - Radisson Hotel Group


Key Responsibilities:

- Support the smooth operation of the guest relations department, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with the team to respond positively and promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Take ownership of assigned duties and tasks, executing them in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to achieving departmental plans and objectives, meeting hotel initiatives and targets.
- Work closely with immediate reports to control costs, manage inventory, and achieve productivity and performance goals.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, demonstrating due diligence and best practices for internal and external audits.

Requirements:

- Experience in guest relations is beneficial but not essential.
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions, taking ownership of assigned duties and tasks.
- Personal integrity, capable of working in an environment that demands excellence.
- Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
