Business Support Executive / Officer - Abracadabra

Job Description:

As a Business Support Executive/Officer, your role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including managing data processing procedures, generating business transaction reports, and coordinating ongoing production and sales requests with various team members. Your tasks will involve overseeing both on-site and off-site production and sales activities, offering customer support, proofreading documents, and compiling data sheets.

Skills:

1. Creating error-free spreadsheets with extensive numerical figures.

2. Verifying data accuracy by cross-referencing it with the original source of information (e.g., sales orders, emails, catalogs).

3. Processing invoices and managing accounts payable, including addressing late payments or billing discrepancies with vendors.

4. Receiving and processing incoming mail, distributing mail to team members, and handling outgoing mail and packages.

5. Monitoring and following up on sales orders and production processes with relevant departments.

6. Assisting managers with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing contact lists.

7. Providing clerical support, including filing documents and organizing records systematically.

8. Ensuring ordered quantities and qualities align with specifications.

9. Continuously developing both soft and technical skills for professional growth.

10. Adhering to job instructions, implementing company policies and procedures thoroughly.

11. Maintaining positive work relationships with colleagues and superiors.

12. Upholding confidentiality regarding industrial or commercial work secrets and refraining from engaging in any competition with the employer in the same activity.
