Business Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Business Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in organizing resources, managing project life cycles, and ensuring the successful execution of assigned projects under the guidance of the Supply Chain Leader. Your primary responsibility is to coordinate and enhance the product life cycle, contributing to increased sales and meeting departmental targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination:

- Organize resources, including third-party providers, consumers, and products for assigned projects.

- Coordinate the end-to-end product life cycle, from market research and customer development to requirements gathering and consolidation for AbraCadabra.

2. Project Management:

- Manage deadlines and progress across the team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Oversee project delivery, making necessary adjustments to meet specifications and high standards.

- Collect and analyze feedback from customers and users to evaluate satisfaction and success.

3. Vendor Management:

- Participate in vendor management, tracking and following up on all assigned projects from selection to post-delivery.

- Ensure proper communication of product delivery progress within the allotted timeline and budget.

4. Operations and Inventory Management:

- Work collaboratively with operations, stores, and sales management teams to communicate progress and updates related to product delivery.

- Run regular inventories and update par stock on the system as required.

- Post and process purchase orders on the system.

5. Logistics and Quality Assurance:

- Follow up on shipments, ensuring standards are consistently applied, and delivery plans are processed according to the set timeline.

- Maintain accurate and complete product-related information.

- Ensure all quantities and qualities meet specified standards.

6. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify process improvements to achieve targets related to product sales and customer support.

- Track product inventory and generate related reports for management updates.

- Assist in tracing packaging, shipping, and all product logistics.

7. Professional Development:

- Maintain continuous self-development of soft and technical skills to ensure progress in the field.

Required Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills for understanding project requirements and effectively communicating them to team members and third-party providers.

- Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met.

- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and inefficiencies for optimal results.

- Decisiveness and good judgment to handle pressing project matters when time is limited.

- Organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Goal-setting ability to establish realistic deadlines and strategize progress on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
