Roles & Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans to enhance their mobility, relieve pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting Patient Assessments: Assess patients' physical condition and treatment needs through comprehensive evaluations.

- Developing Individualized Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings to address patients' specific needs and goals.

- Implementing Physiotherapy Techniques: Administer physiotherapy techniques and exercises to improve patient mobility, functionality, and overall well-being.

- Monitoring Patient Progress: Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications to support their recovery and prevent future injuries.

- Collaborating with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, maximize outcomes, and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

- Maintaining Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices and advancements in physiotherapy.

- Ensuring a Safe Treatment Environment: Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment for patients, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physiotherapist.

- Certification from relevant professional bodies or associations.

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
